Spirituality for Success: How is Success and Spirituality Related

When it comes to spirituality, most of the so called materialists believe that spiritual progress means slowing the materialistic growth or reducing the chances of professional success. It is believed that spiritual growth will weaken the ability of the individual to take practical and profitable decisions which will in turn hinder his professional or monetary growth. Before we go on to debate this topic, lets first make a consensus on what is spirituality. Spirituality means believing in below facts:
1) There are many paths to liberation, and all paths are correct if they are not hurting anyone physically, emotionally, morally, financially or socially.
2)Whole world came into existence from one source and therefore we all are part of that one, thus we all are close relatives in that sense.
3)Everyone whether, human, animal, plants or non-living objects should be loved equally and unconditionally as by doing this we are showing our love for that one.
4)There is a purpose of existence and we need to understand that purpose in this lifetime.
5)Fully understand and accept that everything in this world will get old and then die and that I am one of them.
6)Every human, animal, plants or non-living objects in this universe is following a particular set of rules and regulation based on the universal principles.
7)Whatever happens has to happen and whatever does not happen is not meant to happen, so there is nothing in this universe about which we should feel distressed or sad.
8)We should serve and help everyone we come across, who is in need for basic amenities of life or is in trouble if we are financially, emotionally, socially, physically and morally capable of helping.
9)All religious rituals and practices we follow are only a starting point towards spirituality and repeating them encourages us to progress in the path of spirituality.
10)Repeating/chanting a word/sentence which is given to us by our religious Gurus/Prophets is of utmost importance as it clears our mind of all doubts or distracting thoughts and help us to concentrate which opens the doors of spiritual wisdom
We can say that above are the ten pillar beliefs which almost all spiritualistic people would follow and preach. We can now decide whether spirituality leads to success. If someone believes in the above commandments and applies them to his real life situations, he can get rid of some traits which leads to failure, these are: Jealousy, stress, confusion, dissatisfaction & resentment. At the same time, he will acquire the below traits which will help him progress spirituality and professionally:
1)Unconditional Love for all2)Acceptance of everything as Gods will3)Being satisfied with whatever one has and in every situation.
